Board of Directors


Local directors provide leadership to local Cenex/Harvest States affiliated co-ops. These directors are a crucial factor in the success of their co-op. They must clearly understand their roles to effectively serve the customer-members who elected them. There are five key Areas in which Board Members are involved:

  4. Controls
  5. Communication
